You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using ZeroLink, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

ZeroLink is solely an intermediary technology platform that introduces and connects users who wish to list, rent, or borrow items and services from one another. ZeroLink does not own, sell, rent, inspect, deliver, store, or control any item listed on the Platform.

ZeroLink is NOT a party to any rental agreement, contract, or transaction entered into between users. Any agreement formed through the Platform is exclusively between the relevant users. ZeroLink makes no representation or guarantee regarding the condition, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any listing, or the conduct, identity, or ability of any user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroLink is NOT responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, death, dispute, delay, non-performance, fraud, or misrepresentation arising out of or in connection with any listing, booking, or interaction between users. All dealings are strictly between users, at their own risk.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, transmit malware, or use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm any other person.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including listings, descriptions, photos, messages, and reviews. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload and that it is accurate and not misleading. You grant ZeroLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Platform. ZeroLink may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

All bookings and payments are agreements between users. ZeroLink only facilitates the connection and may provide tools to help users coordinate. Any fees, deposits, refunds, or payment arrangements are determined and settled between the users involved. ZeroLink is not responsible for collecting, holding, refunding, or disbursing funds except where expressly stated, and is not liable for any payment dispute between users.

ZeroLink may offer optional identity or document verification features. Any verification badge or status is provided for convenience only and does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by ZeroLink of any user’s identity, trustworthiness, or conduct. You should exercise your own judgment and caution in all dealings.

You must not list, offer, or transact in items or services that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, or otherwise prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Maldives or these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, impersonation, money laundering, harassment, and any activity that endangers the safety of others.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZeroLink does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any transaction between users, regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeroLink and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your content, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

ZeroLink may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Maldives.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
